pero sabi ng utak ko, kailangan daw yung quotes

Pag dalawa lang kayong nag uusap sa topic. Pwding hindi mag quote.. pag may sumingit e doon na allowed or use @.

i think its better if the mods can explain the rules and examples of it para malinaw. I have a warned 2 quotes lang or 3.. i just dont understand. sorry for my ignorance.
