Reasons For Selling
• Business Site Demolished, site being developed to a Shopping Mall. Planned to relocate in our desired area but no opportunity found. Need funds for a shift in business.

Description of the Package
• Bought 3 years ago, slightly used(2 ½ years) but not abused. End of operation was February 2017. Our computer shop was never in the 24hours operation. Customers were utilizing our unit by browsing social media sites, researching, streaming, online government registrations (PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, SSS, NBI, DFA, BIR and etc). Games were very minimal.
