TOPIC: Technical Analysis ( Stock Market)

hello traders!!!

Been doing a lot of research recently about sa trading techniques, Strategies, indicators, etc...
I started my account sa isang broker ng PSE 2 months ago. and started trading stocks right way!

I know meron na dito thread about Stock Market Investing, Mutual Fund, trust fund, etc... pero nag back read ako, puro mga general knowledge lang ang nakita ko regarding sa trading....

kaya tara pag usapan natin ang trading....

1. Nung una, i was amazed, parang promising kasi ang mga nakikita ko, nakaka enganyo mag aral ng mga techical analysis, indicators, techniques, sa pag bebenta at pag bili ng mga share of stocks... as i go further, as i learn more, opposite naman ang naramdaman ko, parang it was just a waste of time. its not even worth leaning those complex things. why? maraming mga experts na nagsasabi, at based sa observation ko, THE MARKET IS SOOOO UNPREDICTABLE. i've learned a lot of "indicators" to name a few, natutunan ko mag gamit ng RSI, CCI, Bollinger Band, Support and Resistance, Exponential Moving Average (EMA), Moving Average (MA). at kabisado ko narin mag basa ng mga candle sticks. tapos gusto ko pa aralin sana ang Fibonnaci Retracement. at napakarami pang iba... pero waste of time nga ba? and i wont go that far na. why?

Sa charting, indicators just indicate whats happening at the market. kumbaga, its not a concrete science. its called "market psychology" how traders react to certain market conditions. Yes, all those results in the charts, those numbers are pure math, but still wont yield to certain result....

any thoughts?

paging UBER, the expert... na alala ko na mention ata nya dun sa isang thread ang stock ng NOW corporation....

go further out kilangan mo pa intindihin mga economic fundamentals, monetary policy ng central bank, govt policy factors (train etc).. domestic market indicators and many more hindi lang sa charting at sa company annual reports & performance.

what are you trying to imply? invest only in blue chips? long term investing is better than active trading?

Simple science lang naman yan buy low sell high :)

Tingnan nalang sa history para malaman yung ATL at ATH. Yung pasok mo kasi dyan magdedepende kung short or long term trading ka ba o hindi. Depende kung ano ang goal mo. Yung kapatid ko bumili ng stock ng jolibee sa umaga pagkahapon benta agad yun kumita lang sya ng 2-5 petot per share sakto lang pambili ng yum burger set, ganun lang depende kasi sa target mo yan :)

how high is high and how low is low??? what is considered low can even go lower... what is considered high can also go higher....

based ba sa RSI or sa ibang indicator masasabi mong low or high?
