Share lang kasi nastress ako lol.

One time kasi, may mga entitled rich kids na dumayo sa shop namin. Nagkataon na nung time na to, merong issue yung Fortnite...yung hindi nagrerender properly minsan yung buildings. Known issue ito sa community, even si NICKMERCS (popular streamer) na top of the line ang PC, nararanasan ito frequently around that time nung stream nya.

Ang ginawa ba naman ni entitled customer (and friends), nag negative feedback agad sa page namin, Dapat daw bilisan pa internet, dagdagan ng RAM...aba! Akala mo graduate ng computer course para magrecommend when clearly wala naman silang alam. So inapproach namin sila and kinausap politely and inexplain yung situation. Chineck pa namin na Apex Legends and PUBG na mas demanding sa requirements ay running very smoothly (100+ FPS) and wala namang issues, so it's probably the game and sinabi ito sa kanila. Ever since din naman di kami nagkakaissues sa Fortnite, ngayon lang din namin naencounter kaya napasearch kami and found out na may mga affected nga regardless of internet speed, latency, or PC specs.

After sila kausapin in a friendly manner, binawi naman nila yung feedback. Pero nagpaparinig pa din na "feedback na feedback na" and constantly pa din kami hina-hound sa page namin. Kung tutuusin pwede naman i-ban na lang sila sa page since toxic sila, pero baka personalin naman ng negative reviews sa ibang channel (like sa Google reviews, etc.)

Nakaka-stress lang kasi we do everything we can to provide a smooth gaming experience for everyone, and even talk to customers one by one pag may concerns sila. Pero meron talagang mga taong masasama ugali na feeling nila sila lagi tama. Why can't everyone be nice? How would YOU handle them? XD

baguhan? babae ka ba? napaka emosyonal mo naman, walang pintuan ang emosyon sa negosyo bata, delete or ban ang lahat ng negative comment nila sa page nyo anything na pwede makasira sa negosyo, clear your thoughts at huminga ka ng malalim, sa industriya natin kapag nakipag close ka at bineybi mo mga tomers mo nawalan ka na ng dignidad ay talo ka pa, at dapat madali ka mag move on mga 2 sec. lang at ngiti na lang o tawa,

ganyan ang mindset dapat

dapat di mo na pinadelete yung post instead nagreply and you explained there sa post nila about the issue. kung mag patuloy sila hayaan mo na . yun ngang naglalakihang kumpanya makita mo andaming wala sa lugar na toxic comment sa pages nila . basta any comment improve upon it mas okay pa yan kesa di nagsasabi tapos bigla na lang lilipat.

You can't please everyone po talaga regardless of the level of specs we have. Most clients doesn't even know how to use the game Settings properly, ano pa kaya sa possible causes of error sa games.

Maganda nga po at nagleave sila ng feedback, that way you can respond and link the source of issue. Or kung the problem have been known prior - lalo na sa popular games, maybe you can post sa page niyo po before the know-it-all attacks haha

para hindi na yan maulit TS kapag may news about sa game na may bug dapat mag post ka na agad ng notice na galing mismo sa website para alam nila rin agad na hindi sa computer o internet mo ang problema so hindi na sila mapapa feedback ng negative

Saken kapag alam kong may issue sa game at nabasa ko sa Forum Board nila mismo or sa FB page,yung tomer na mismo ang sinasabihan ko na basahin nila sa Forum Board or sa FB page.Hindi yung puro Social Media na akala nila nandyan ang lahat ng info na kailangan nila.Nakakainis din kasi yung ibang tomer na mahina umanal...umanalyze.
