Ask ko lang sa lahat. Why do you need such kind of special diets when we all know na eating the right food like veggies and fruits, having enough sleep and exercise, etc ang mga kelangan to stay healthy?

we've been taught wrong mostly ... may mga veggies and fruits with high glycimic index, katulad ng bananas, pineapple, carrots, watermelon , parsnips, potato,pumpkins, grapes etc ... lahat yan pang spike ng insulin levels that leads to fatty liver and hypertension.

maliit lang content ng potassium ng saging ... mas nakakasama pa yan kesa makatulong ... taz yung mga bananacue lagyan pa ng asukal eh di todas na lalo.

sa isang normal na tao at walang sakit walang bawal na prutas dahil kusang nag b-balance ang katawan.

sa mga may diprerensya lang yang mga bawal ang saging at ibang prutas o gulay.

basta sugar from fruits o fructose ay good sugar

ang bad at deadly sugar ay ung sucrose at glucose na galing sa plants na may halong poison pero takenote ang sucrose at glucose ay safe naging hindi safe lang dahil naging refined artificial sugar na dahil sa delikadong chemicals na ginamit para ma refine ito na maliit meron sa coffee softdrinks atbpng beverages

hanggang kelan ka magiging normal kung mali at abusado ka kumain ng nakakasama?

so ... be aware lalo na ngayon may mga GM foods na ,, lalo na yang saging na nakikita sa supermarket hindi naman natural na yan.

tern totoong pagkain ng tao ang prutas

kung may saket na ang isang tao na may diabetes hindi prutas ang masama kundi ung health nya lang kasi nga critical na sya kaya kahit na good ang isang prutas ay nakakaapekto na sa health nya
