ok ah ... tuloy mo yan boss with intermittent fasting, dali lang bawas ng taba ... pagkatapos naman nyan subukan mo rin carnivore diet.

una kong ginawa yang keto effective taz, intermittent then gym ... ngayon sa carnivore diet naman experimento.

nakupo baliw at hindi updated yang doctor na nag advice sayo ng statin ... tigilan mo yan, apektado kidney mo dyan at lalo kang manghihina ... at ang cholesterol ayon sa pag aaral eh hindi na sukatan ng problema sa cardio. Ang tigilan mo yung mataas na carbs at kung maari zero sugar ka na.

Sugar is the culprit at hindi salt kung ang pag uusapan eh cause ng hypertension.

nag fasting ka? ok din yan for detox,

kaso pag tapos mong mag fasting dapat wala ka na sugar intake.
Protein and fat na lang muna.

pwede rin salt ang dahilan ng hypertension kung mahilig sa fatty foods at karamihan sa fatty foods ay maalat kaya naiisip ng doctor na salt ang dahilan

magkakaroon ng bulid up sa veins basta marami ka intake mapa salt man o sugar pareho lang kaya need mo ng neutralizer ng salt at sugar para ma flush out ang build up kaya need mo ng walis like pine apple o mga fibrous foods at may acid na fruits o citrus at acv din at siempre plenty of water
