Pag nag simula kayong mag buhat or masanay katawan ninyo sa good workout e wag na ninyo tigilan else maintain na lang.... marami kasing after tumigil e bumabaksak ang katawan..

Swimming is good.. ang lamig lang kasi pag early in the morning or gabi.. kaya ayaw ko na., hehe..

ang totoo ang pag eexercise ay harmful din sa tao at enviroment lol opposite extreme kasi ito ng malnutrition at no exercise lol

exercise can strain ur body kaya mas madaling masira ang katawan lol at mas lalakas ka kakain kapag nag eexercise kaya mas maraming food mas maraming carbon foot print na mas nakakasira ng enviroment lol

moderation is only the best cure to human and environment lol

uu exercise can strain your body.
pero may tinatawag na "program"..
for your specific needs
para ma rest din yung katawan mo.
most of the time, 3 times a week lang yung recommended workout.
again, depende parin sa sa kind of workout/exercise na ginagawa mo
at program for your specific needs.

depende yan sa katawan ng tao.
hindi naman lahat kapag nag-stop ng workout,
bumabagsak yung katawan.

like yung nagpapayat,
tas pag nagstop,
lalong tumataba daw.
yan mostly sinasabi.
hoax lang yan.
hehe.

number one factor parin yung disiplina.

kapag nag eexercise bibilis metabolism mo kaya lalakas din pagkain mo lol so kung mag stop ka mag exercise lol ung lakas ng pagkain mo mananatili kahit nde kn mag exercise lol

mas maraming food na kailangan para ma sustain ang lakas ng pagkain ng mga nag eexercise mas maraming pollutants ang kine create nito sa environment kaya ung pollution na yun nakakasama rin sa health ng tao nde lang sa environment lol

moderation sa lahat ng bagay ang mas mabisang solution lol

Wag kumain ng subra.. ayon sa mga japanese.
Pwding busog around 70% na kaya ng tiyan, pero di pwding yung busog na busog na 99%.

Eto ang talagang pipilitin kong gawin now ehersisyo at healthy foods. I'm currently suffering from UTI grabe ang sakit at ang hapdi pag wiwi feeling balisawsaw pa always. Kaya nag promise ako sa sarili ko na maging disiplinado sa pagkain at sa katawan.
