Depende sa araw. Paminsan kung wala talagang time, do dumbbells for super short 5 minutes.

ang exercise/workout ay hindi masyadong nabibigyan ng importansya.
madalas isipin ng mga tao, especially yung mga hindi nagwoworkout, para lang ito sa mga sexy at maskulado.

Maling kaisipan yan! Kaya nga mag ex exercise ang tao, kasi para sa kanyang ikabubuti. Makaka iwas ka sa heart attack, high blood at heart disease, kapag regular kang nag e ehersisyo. Kahit 3 to 5 times a week. Tig 30 minutes lang per session. At least.

Kapag moderate exercise (for example walking), 5 times a week. Pero tig 30 minutes per session.

mahal dumbell lol gawa ka nlng lol makakatipid ka pa lol

bili ka konting buhangin at semento at pvc pipes at lata ng gatas o plastic for moulding makakagawa ka na lol

pero kung walang pambili lol your own body weight is enough lol
