TOPIC: How to enable saving game files in DEEPFREEZE

please help..
kasi ang hirap mag patch lagi ng game pag naka deepfreeze..
maxadong hastle..lalo na sa tagabantay ko kasi di pa sya msyado sanay sa pag handle ng deepfreezed units..kasi everytime nag pa patch sya nakakalimutan nya i-thaw ung deepfreeze kea ang nangyayari pag restart..syempre..balik sa dati ung patch..

i suggest installing your game NOT on your OS drive.

so you can freeze drive C: and thawed drive D: to save patch games.

what's the use of having deepfreeze then?

tried this setting.but..
ang naging problema is..ung virus infiltration...
kasi ganito yan eh..
ung games naka save sa drive na naka thaw while ung isang drive naka freeze right??
pero ang problema kasi..may possibility na ma virus ung drive na naka thaw..

yan nga po talaga ang problema pag nakathawed ang isang drive.

the best setup is: good antivirus + third party app for usb protection ( ussually dyan nakukuha ang mga pasaway na virus) + deep freeze or shadow defender(pili ka kung ano gusto mo dyan sa dalawa + freeze both drives).

hassle nga lang sa pagpapatch pero safe naman kesa naman na yung isang drive nakathawed pag may pumasok na virus..damay na lahat ung nasa drive na nakathawed so problema eh di dun ka na sa mas safe pero nasa sayo na yan kung ano gusto mo iimplement.

like sir incubus said, faronics igloo, or shadow defender.

yung specific save game folders lang yung ilagay mo sa excemption, para in case of virus infiltration or customer sabotage, malilimit lang siya diyan.

may nabasa ako sa isang thread na..u can use batch file daw..
pero i hav no idea kung panu gawin un XD..

Isang CON ng pag save sa thawed drive is some games actually fails at patching or errors occurs upon patching new uypdates.

One game is CABAL online PH pag hit mo ng check SURE magccorrupt yan so if a client who palys cabal and well try to troubleshoot problems on his own at thawed drive ang nilalagyan ng cabal folder mo well that folder is no good already.
