Mag-tatanong lang po if meron alam kung meron na nakapag-try convert ang inyong mga computershops into small call centers? Anyone who know how to start this business? Salamat po

hi,

napanood ko s TV ang ganyang setup few yrs ago pa and actually ung kauna unahang gumawa nyan eh nanalo ng award s innovation if kung sakto pa pagkakaalala ko.

internet shop sa umaga, call center sa gabi since most of the accounts ay US time or Canada.

konti nalang naman na ang i dagdag mo sa existing setup mo. kung meron ka ng proxy server such as PFsense etc. ang need mo nlng eh SIP server (Asterisk for manual dialing or GoAutoDial as your predictive dialer, Cisco Router (just in case you decided to used a leased line or a DIA) and pwede rin mag add ng Window Server (but not necessary).

but make sure you have a good account and leads para mas may chance n maging successful ang call center mo.

dapat meron ka ding payment gateway just in case na need ng mga transaction via credit card.

i could help you out to setup your call center if you decided na ituloy.

mahirap ang setup na ito any time pede ka takbuhan ng nag bigay ng account sa call center mo.

tingin ko okay ito kung masisiguro mo

yung account mo ay ndi ka tatakbuhan for the work na nagawa mo
if may contanct ka direct sa US for the project.

wla naman problem sa side natin pwedeng pwede account lang ang problema.
what we need is contact sa US na mag outsource ng call jobs.

yan ang magandang fallback ng mga cafe owners..............baka mayroon diyan na may kakayahan na magsetup nito...something like isang medyo established na BPO then ifafarm out sa atin yung mga trabaho....so instead of hiring...call center agent and getting additional office....gawin na lang tayong mga netcafe na extension nila....if ever may mga netcafe na nagfail...at least they can convert their existing assets and probably invest additional for other equipments necessary

tama po tong sinabi ni vickers. dami kasing nag lipana na ngaun na nag ooffer ng campaign but in the end dika babayaran kaya be very careful sa mga taong kakausapin nyo regarding sa campaigns na iaalok sa inyo.

pero kung ang pag setup lang pag uusapan madali lang po i setup lalo na kung meron ka ng existing ng cafe.

i add ko na din s considerations na need nyo ng VOIP provider of course.
need nyo din ng Toll Free Number just in case need nyo ng incomming calls from clients and if meron kayong toll free number dapat meron din kayong public ip para dun i point ang inbound calls.

sa phone naman na gagamitin nyo pwede kayong gumamit ng softphone like xlite which is free as your 1st option or 2nd option is to use ATA box (linksys, sipura, etc) so you can used the conventional phone or last optin is to use an IP phone na costly masyado.

lahat po ng mga requirements from voip provider, least line, TFN, call rates ay mostly in dollars ang bayad and in monthly basis or prepaid for outbound calls. so dapat meron kayong dollar account or kung peso account naman dipende na s usapan ng mga providers nyo kung pano ang exchange rate.

madami pang pwedeng i consider, need nyo pa ba ng mag filter ng calls nyo like teleblock para iwas demanda sa mga DNC numbers.

on the call center sides, most of considerations will depends kung ano ang campaign nyo at kung sang bansa ang target nyo. is it US or Canada or Australia na halos ka time zone lang natin etc.
