Alin pong shop (name/branch)? Parang mahirap pakiusapan kaya dapat iwasan ng ating mga ka-ulops. May ibang distro naman, itawag mo lang sa phone kung ang problema ay power supply, yun na lang ang dadalahin mo pabalik sa kanila, papapalitan rin lang naman sa kanilang supplier. Sobra naman higpit ng tindahan na yan, sana eh di ako makabili....

one more thing sa pagpapawarranty sa tulad nating computers ang buhay.... pick one distro/store na magiging suki mo na talaga.... you will build TRUST dyan sa kanila, nakikilala mo yung may-ari, ESPECIALLY yung mga technicians nila.... kahit wala kang reciept honor nila, minsan nga kahit walang warranty stickers, napapalusot ng technicians....

anong name po ng store?

dapat talaga iwasan natin makatransaksyon ang store na ito
kung ganito ang sistema nila sa waranty.
ako wala pa naman ako na-encounter na ganito
sa mga pc package at may seal, kahit baklasin ko para sa troubleshooting
tinatanggap naman para sa waranty

sa kaso ni TS hindi malinaw kung binuksan ba nya ung PSU
void talaga ang waranty kapag binuksan un

mahirap talaga pag pina assemble sa store. me warranty sticker, makakapagdahilan sila na user's negligence. at saka hirap magdala ng buong cpu kahit isang item lang may problema. pero sa pagkakaalam ko 6mos. to 1 year ang kadalasang warranty ng psu...dapat pinalitan pa rin ng store un...or baka dupang sila 1 month lang sa psu.....wag na bumili ng parts jan sa store na yan....magulo sa after sales.

p.s. pero kung binuksan mismo ang psu at nasira ang seal ay void talaga warranty!!!!!!
