Sir kung maggenerate ka ng sales transaction report makikita mo dun sa running balance mo ng magbenta ka ng EPMO50 e ang balance mo ay lumaki. Ang problem lang kasi siguro medyo matagal befor ang process namin ng pagrefund kasi maximum of 3 days pa. Nagdevelop na kami ng application para maximum of 24hrs marefund na namin kung sakaling may problem.

Sir di naman kailangan na sa akin pa magreport ng problem para magandang service ang maibigay namin. Parang dun sa case ni mam concept di ko naman alam yun. Pati si sir killer bytes is satisfied with us. Generally naman po ay ok ang customer service namin. A lot of ulop members are retailers na di ko naman nakakausap. Most of the time dumidiretso sila sa customer service namin.

wow! pahiya ako dito a. It was indeed refunded pero di ko nakita kasi parang multong sumama sa balace ko seven days after. No notice about it, it just appeared there. I was expecting it to be a separate account pero nung magload pala ako ng mobius instead na mabawasan ang balance ko e e nadagdagan. Its a crude way of adjusting account, but there was indeed an adjustment made It was clarified by Player1 sa isang thread but i did not see it. My miss. And imagine, how disappointed i felt all this time. Sorry for whatever damaged this hurtfeeling may have caused some people.

Ang notification namin before kasi pag nagrefund is may marerecieve na sms message yung retailer number. Tsaka before nga di sya lumalabas na separate item sa sales transaction. As i have said we are constantly improving our system to serve our business partners better. Sa ngayon kung nagkaproblem ka and magrerefund kami, pag naggenerate ka ng sales transaction may separate itme na sya dun sa report para di magulo plus may sms notification din sya.
