yung sa windows may dalawang default user with different privileges. Si Administrator (Administrators) at si Guest (Guests/Power Users).
kung yung sa setup nyo ang running account is si Administrator, then, di po talaga makaka-connect si Netlimiter. Don't know the exact reason kung bakit 'di sya nagana.. pero, if somebody knows, please share lang po. :)
Anyhow, kindly try these option. Already tested it na po..
1. Use/Create a new account with an 'Administrator' privileges.
2. Do not use the default Administrator account. Rename it (for security purposes) and enter a password.
3. Disable Guest account as per security purposes.
Reboot and test. :)
Also, may i suggest na.. if you want to limit your client, 'wag nyo pong i-limit yung buong PC.. (ie; PC 1 - 100 KBps) ang gawin nyo po is yung sa application po kayo mag-limit (ie; Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, IDM and etc.) The reason is, kung ili-limit nyo po yung buong client, pati po sa normal operation ng network nya (ie; file transfer, file sharing) is limited na din po. bale, yung network at internet speed is then limited dun sa sinet nyong speed. Pero kung yung client ang ililimit nyo, browsers, download managers etc. 'di na maapektuhan yung sa network. At di na rin limited yung speed sa updates ng mga Online Games.
