For Nokia N6600 not sure about it but someone make a connection using pc suite. as long as your cellphone is modem capable then you have no problem connecting to the net.

sir donjee have u tried it nb? allowed ba sa contract ng globe kung pwede gamitin ito sa cafe? nde ba metered ung browsing kapag ginamit na ito sa browsing, online games, you tube etc.? saka ilang hours ba tinatagal ng battery ng mga 3g fones? [downside ba ito?] magkano ba ung hsdpa modem or card or usb na kailngan? pwede ba ito i-network [wired or wireless]? magkano pinakmurang 3g fone? mas makakamura ba tau kung gagamitin natin ito? bket ung mga taga starbucks they are not using this 3g setup instead they use wifi lng? hehe sensya na dami kong tanong. curious lng kc. any comment.ty.<br><br>Post edited by: RHL25, at: 2006/10/17 23:33

hspda/3g and gprs can be shared using ICS just like Smart Bro. Ive tried using GPRS via cellphone on my laptop and works pretty good than my smart bro, more mobile ika nga. My boss is now using pldt hspda card with speed up to 1.8 mpbs however the downside is that only few cell sites are available to transmit it. When no 3g transmission are available
    gprs are use instead
. Hspda card can be use on laptop and desktop, globe offer hspda card that can be plug in on your usb for desktop computers. Globe offers unlimited plan for 2k/month with an initial otc cash of 4k including the card while pldt offers 1700 for its services.
Wifi Cafes uses wireless router to transmit internet signal to users equip with access point or Wireless LanCard.

boss donjee, yung pinakita mo bang connection eh, GPRS? or 3G, para kasing sobrang bilis yata ng connection para sa GPRS? ang alam ko po kasi sa GPRS eh mga 140 somethin lang... anong area kayo boss? pero kung GPRS nga yan ttry ko na rin po tamang tama naka laptop ako ngayon... ay! tanong ko na rin po kung per KB parin ba ang rates ng GPRS? TIA

sir pang laptop lng daw ung data card(PCMCIA Type II)nila...meron bang adaptor or connector na pede ilagay para maiconnect ko sya sa desktop computer?
