TOPIC: Does the Hotspot Shield Elite bypasses FUP limit?

Meron po kasi akong HotSpot Shield Elite version po. Nabybypass po ba nito yung internet restrictions ng net mo. Tulad ng FUP ni Smartbro?

I don't have that...but bypass ISP FUP? i don't think so.

about hotspot shield no it cant... there are other ways though ^^,

sa cable broadband sa mac din nakacapped yung speed ng internet, ewan ko lang sa pldtdsl wala pa ko nun kasi
