Replace IDE/Sata cable and try to re-insert RAM.

Have you tried swapping PSU?

If it is under warranty then bring it back to the store. If its not and you think you have the guts to open it up then go for it.

As for your thread title and first post you only indicated ALL-IN-ONE you didn't bother to post the model and the specs of the unit ~~,

All-in-one also belongs to the category of laptops.

They will honor any hp product as long as you have proof of its ownership.(warranty claims)
