the moment you enabled your hotspot service on the interface, mikrotik will propagate a spoofing mac address of the hotspot interface to all clients. so all ip in your server or network WIL HAVE the same mac address. to prevent it from happening YOU MUST have a separate PHYSICAL INTERFACE for your hotspot so that it will only propagate the spoofing mac on that interface and not to all of your virtual interface.
you must understand the UNDERLYING principle of mikrotik hotspot, one of which is the hotspot service WILL KEEP ON propagating its own mac address constantly, that is to prevent "hackers" from spoofing other end-user's mac address,
the moment you connect the LAN of your hotspot to your network switch, it will propagate its own mac address to all. therefore you diskless server's mac address will be the same as your hotspot lan interface, all you needed to do is remove the hotspot from the netwrok switch.
a quick test can be done.
ping any local ip in your network, then issue the command arp -a from your dos command, you will notice that all ip you pinged will have the mac address of your hotspot nic.
