Setting Up Richtech Diskless Gamedisk (Using Disk Mode)

To those of you want to enable the disk mode gamedisk, Here’s how to:

Getting started.

1. Run ManageUI, Click on Settings Icon

2. Next, Go to 1st Tab, under 2nd layer. Click 1st button. Follow screenshot.

3. Create IMG, (this setup also same on how to create img bootup disk)

4. Save it to your preferred storage, basically SSD Drive.

5. Hit OK Button to finish.

6. It is required to Restart your System. Restart it!

7. Once restarted, Go back to Settings. Under 2nd Layer, then 2nd tab.

Set the Drive to Z: (this is important).

Setting it to Z: will emulate “GAME.img” to enable Disk Mode feature. Follow the screenshot.

8. Restart the Server.

9. Go back to Settings again. Under 2nd Layer, 1st Tab. Set your preferred disk to use.

10. Lastly, Save your settings. Set your Workstation to use “Game.img” as Gamedisk.

11. Reboot your Server to save changes. :)
