here's a tip to measure your windows startup with concrete numbers for those speed
conscious freaks :D

1. open event viewer
2. got to Applications and Services logs > microsoft > windows > Diagnostics-Performance> operational
3. click filter current log sa actions pane
4. check warning
5. type 100 sa eventid box and press ok
6. double click any event

dyan nyo makikita boot duration

click details tab para makita nyo lahat ng activities sa bootup process at ilang secs

try these event id's too
