TOPIC: Need Help with ICafeBoss problem

Tech Gurus, need help badly..Nag install po kami ng Cafe Boss Client sa isang PC namin sa net cafe...kaso biglang nawala nalang yung CafeBoss window nung ni open namin tapos nung sinusubukan na naming i open yung mga programs and folders di na namin ma open since naka restrict sya. Wala nadin yung CafeBoss Client window para ma access namin para ma remove namin yung restrictions..paano kaya ito? Yung lumalabas na \"Restriction Message\" eh ganito \"This operation has been due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator\"....imposibleng na remove accidentally yung Cafe Boss client program since naka restrict po ung access sa lahat ng files....Any solutions para ma access namin ung program and remove yung CafeBoss program para mwala yung restrictions? Or do we need to reformat the PC? Need help po! Kung pwede niyo din post yung number landline niyo para matawagan namin kayo to assist us step by step on solving this problem pa post nalang po. Tnx in advance guys!

Update - I was able to enter into the safe mode and remove the cafeboss client program pero pag restart ganun padin eh...anu kaya problem nito?

the way i see it. nag enable ka ng restriction sa icafeboss client na di mo pa nalagay sa startup yung client. since restrictions are made thru registry kahit tanggalin mo ang icafeboss client. wala ring mang yayari. somehow kung ma run mo sana ang icafeboss client pwede mong ibalik sa normal yung system registry.
Kung may CTRL+ALT+DEL ka. run mo yung Icafeboss client. para disable or mabalik sa normal ang registry mo.


PM ko sayo YM ko baka maka tulong ako.

Tnx sir Nico, pina add ko na YM niyo kay mrs ko sya po kasi nagmamanage nung inet cafe. Naayos nadin namin kagabi sa kakalikot ko hehehehe nag safe mode ako tapos pinasok ko ung Cafe Boss client side then naka restrict nga po at naka disabled din yung display sa startup kaya di namin magalaw yung desktop kasi lahat naka disabled. So ininable namin then disable restriction kaya gumana na ulit. Pansamantala tinanggal muna namin ung client side dun sa PC. Kontakin nalang namin kayo sa YM for assistance. Tnx ulit sir!

sir pa pm naman po ng ym nyo, baka pwede nyo ako assist sa pag-setup ng cafe boss, problema ko rin kasi yung set-up ng client. thanks

sir nico ako po may problem sa i CAfe boss timer and badly needed help po talaga.... once na run ko yung software nya may error po.. ito po nakalagay; Run time error '429': ActiveX component can't create object.. Please help me naman po almost two weeks ko na po ito na problem,, nag re install na po ako software ganun pa rin.....Thank you.. po
