Krisan Cafe 1.8.6 is now available :)

-Can now print current logins. (See in View-Print Logins)

-"Automatic E-mail of Sales Report" feature has been changed to "Online Sales Report".

-Can now download sales report at www.krisancafe.net/kcsalesreport

-Added Detailed Products/Services Sales to Online Sales Report.

-Added Expenses/Cash Out to Online Sales Report.

-Added password recovery feature. (See in Login screen-Forgot password?) (e-mail address must be set in user account)

-Added option to disable Money Deposit on Prepaid Login. (See in Settings-Pricing, Products and Services)

-Added option to hide Total Cash status. (See in Settings-Interface)

-Added "Non-guest Time Deposit usage minimum" option. (See in Settings-Other Time Options)

-Fixed: Krisan Client can be terminated if shutting down windows (via Shutdown menu/Case power button) while there are unsaved files (ex. unsaved document in MS Word) then clicking the CANCEL button. (Clients must be updated to 1.8.6)

-Added Shutdown and Restart button to client's lock screen. (Clients must be updated to 1.8.6)

-Other minor fixes.

i think 'di advisable yung ida-download mo yung sales report mula sa webserver www.krisancafe.net/kcsalesreport/ dahil sa privacy issue, mas ok siguro kung sa personal email magse-send ng link yung timer ayon sa sinet mo kung oras-oras or araw-araw, etc

the online sales report needs your registered name, so private padin yan...hindi na po pwede sa e-mail..may warning po sakin ung webhost ko, hindi pwede pang bulk email...

In the new client update, disabling the power button is recommended.
Just go to:
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Power Options\System Settings
Then in "When I press the power button" option, choose "Do nothing".

Nirereview ko yung report baka kasi mali lang understanding ko. Ano po formula nya?

Paano po nakuha yung Totals = 2,444 ?
kasi yung Rentals = 1,569
while totals (+depsosits) = 2,339 ( naka disable po ang option nang deposit sa settings para sure na straight forward ang computation sa system just in case lang)

yun sa row po nang "DOS" na operator ko may 1,569 under sa Column na " Rentals " iba pa ba yun pagdating sa column naman nang " Totals (+ Depsosits) " di ko kasi maintindihan paano iinterpret po.

Bug po yan ma'am, na experience ko na yan a few times. i just disregard it.
Ung 1,674 lang ang accurate dyan.
