na-try nyo na ba gamitin ubuntu linux sa server nyo?pwede ba installan ng games at timer para makonek sa mga clients.?share naman po kayo experience..salamat po!

pwede sir kasi my wine application naman yung ubuntu na pwede magrun mga windows application pero na applicable kung pang lan shop lang. usually sa mga corporate offices lang ginagamit mga linux distro.

Bili na lang ng license Windows 7, iwas sakit ulo sa compatibility. IMO.

Windows-native games? Somewhat (thru WINE) and no (sakit lang ng ulo, depende sa Windows game, YMMV). Good luck na lang kung ipagpipilit mong mag-install ng Windows-only games sa Linux. Can you install/run DEB and RPM files and expect them to run natively in Windows?

Linux-native games? Of course, obviously.

BTW, there's Steam for Linux sa Ubuntu Software Center.
