Last weekend, I noticed that our internet speed at home slowed down while updating my apps. When I watched Netflix, I also noticed it wasn't the usual sharp and crisp resolution on our 4K TV. I checked the speed using Speedtest by Ookla and indeed the speed dipped to the 14 Mbps-19 Mbps range. I thought maybe PLDT was just having some technical issues. Today, I just received the following message from PLDT via SMS:

All along, I thought it was permanent. The text message I received last year never mentioned it was limited.
