hi to all share ko lang to all bayantel subscriber did you experience intermittent connection this week? madalas maputol ang net namin using my bayantel isp. i called this morning sa hotline nila and the tech support told me na may nasira daw na cable sa ilalim ng dagat ng taiwan due to storm kiko..totoo kaya eto or nagpapalusot lang bayantel sa palpak nialng network..sa iba bang isp ganito rin ba sa inyo? thank you sa mga sasagot c",)

san po ba location mo? baka congested ung network nila pag dating sa area nyo.re sa naputol na cable ndi totoo un reason out lng nila un. better to use their proxy server pra macheck mo kasi baka mabagal lang net nila. try mo to bro : proxy.skyinet.net port:3128 yan direct yan sa server nila walang trapik dyn.makukuha mo mismo bandwith mo....hope this help u!!!

Wag po kayong maniwala na yung undersea cable ang dahilan dahil walang disruption na nangyari sa Bayantel. PLDT, Smart, Globe lng ang heavenly affected.

Bayan di po ISP ko at ok naman. localized lang po ang problema ng bayantel.

Try nyo pi I-ping ang 203.115.185.1 which is their gateway. If you get lots of RTO's then its a local problem not the under sea cable.

sir ok ba configure ko yan sa router kasi iba ang gateway na binigay sa akin ng bayantel..

sa browser mo po icoconfigure ung proxy nyan.

5. In fields "Address: proxy.skyinet.net" and "port:3128", type proxy name and proxy port number;
6. If nessesary, enable "bypass proxy server for local addresses";
7. Click "OK";
8. Click "OK" to close IE settings.

Proxy Settings in Mozilla

1. Click "Edit" -> "Preferences";
2. Click "Category" -> "Advanced" -> "Proxies";
3. Set "Manual proxy configuration";
4. Click "View" at "Manual proxy configuration" address:proxy.skyinet.net and port:3128;
5. Set proxies for following protocols: HTTP, FTP, etc.

for bayantel ISP lang po yan sir...

try nyo na iping yung gateway or DNS yung na ibinigay sa inyo. Pwede po pa PM yung gateway value nyo? or kung reacheable yung 203.115.185.1 try no din po.

dito sa place ko in valenzuela city, last Aug. 13 pa intermitted net ko, ganyan din ang sinabi nila sa akin ... sa Aug. 20 pa stable net natin.

dati na akong naka proxy hindi parin na solve yung problem

ang alam ko sa yahoo news, meron problema ang mga isp provider ... malay natin totoo naman .... i have a friend in bayantel yan din ang sabi sa akin ...

its true na may nangyaring problema sa undersea cable bukod doon noong august 7 naman nasira ang OPAC nila. kaya nagkakaroon ng problem sa bayantel ngayon, medyo weird lang kasi minsan dc ang connection ko sa friendster, facebook, multiply etc. pero may online games naman ako... hope ma fix na nila yan.

so far ok na ngayon baka nga totoo etong news ng tech support sa akin ng bayantel..even the pldt side experience this.. mabagal ang friendster and facebook..pero online gaming ok na siya.
