Tama ka, kosang zealot na hindi per PC ang binayaran mong fees pero for the sake of understanding dito sa forum, we have to relate our payments to the number of PC's you have or you declared.

Sometimes, it doesn't pay to mis-declare the facts. In your case, it will now be hard for you to contest their figures because you lied in your statement of facts. If you gave them the correct figures the first time, you have all the courage to question their basis for asking you to pay that much.

Please remember that the computed sales revenue that your LGU uses for a lanshop constitute the biggest part of your payment. Some LGU charge the maximum allowable 3% of gross revenue. Others charge just 2% of your computed sales in case you don't have Books of Accounts (BIR Docs.) to back-up your declared sales.

Yes, we know that these are all what we are paying for our Business Permit.

A) Local Sales Tax = 2% of Gross Sales

B) Gross Sales = No. of Units x P100/unit/day x 360 days. >>> Ito yung tinatanong ko. Sa tingin n'yo ba fair ito?

dito po sa amin sa calamba, yung declared gross sales mo ang gagamitin nila, make sure na pareho yun sa BIR declaration mo ng gross para just in case meron ka papakita basis..

ang alam ko hindi number of units ang basis ng computation, it is based on sales mapa BIR man o Local

Sa DTI lang gamit yong number of units

Yes, kosang KynjoLynx at sanwee.

Gamitin natin itong halimbawa:

Kung bawasin natin yung mga Administrative Fees (Fire, Eng'g,, Health, etc.) and say P18,000 ang local tax component ng magiging payment ng Business Permit, I am sure di niya dineklara na P900,000 (P18K is 2% of this amount) ang gross sales nya para sa 5 PCs.

In this case, I would say, there is a gross error in the computation but still, he should ask how they computed for his gross sales and the corresponding tax.

Post edited by: xicowner, at: 2008/01/15 22:05
