If you don’t have to pay anything (your payable is zero or negative), submit your annual ITR along with the attachments to your RDO.
This is pretty straightforward, just bring your documents to the RDO, have them stamped. Remember to bring 3 copies of EVERYTHING. Have the receiving officer stamp everything!

If you DO have to pay something, submit your annual ITR along with the attachments to your RDO’s Authorized Agent Bank (AAB).
This is even more straightforward. Again, bring 3 copies of EVERYTHING, and submit your forms to the bank. There’s a unique form you have to fill out for BIR remittances, so be sure to ask for that form from the guard. Line up and pay!

hindi straightforward yan @elvie04 kasi last year thru online ang filing ng zero o negative kaya ko tinatanong now kung pwede ba mag submit thru online ng 1701A with attachments?

As per advice naman po ng RDO namin Sir, Kapag may E-Mail Confirmation kana sa Online Filling mosa 1701A ay ok na po yun. Basta may copy kalang nuon.

@james ang sinabi sa 1701A dapat naka attach ung 3 ITR's mo upon filing so kung wala kang attachment wala kang proof for deductions therefore hindi mao-honor

Kagagaling kolang po sa RDO namin kanina Sir. Pina verify kopo yung ginawa ko thru Online. Ok na daw po yun, dahil may Confirmation na po ng Send back ng BIR. Pati din yung ibang kasabay ko kanina ay ganuon din po yung sinabi sa kanila Sir ng BIR.

so ibig ba sabihin nila no need to file ng attachments sa RDO kahit online lang pwede na?

paki confirm sa mga nag e-filing din na ulopian kung ok na ba ung online lang para hindi na pipila sa RDO

pa sample naman ng mga itemized deductions nyo.. hehehe wala kasi ako resibo para sa mga transporations ko eh kaya hindi ako malagyan ng deductions. Thanks!

Tanong ko lang po.

Pag newly registered palang po yung business (COR dated February 27, 2019) hindi pa po ito required ngayon na mag file ng 1701A but instead 1701Q and 2551Q palang yung pwedeng e file?

Yung nakalalagay po sa COR ay Income Tax, Percentage Tax - Quarterly.
