Unahan ko na, I’m just a single individual here in ulop wala akong kaalyadoo sa magkabilang panig

I just stand by my own principle at hindi nman basta naniniwala o nanahimik na lang kapag may mga ganitong issue

(Pls. be patient mahaba lang)

Statement made by Zafra sa Computer world
To achieve its goal of bringing the local Internet café industry to a higher level, an advocacy group called
I-Café Pilipinas (I-Café) is proposing the creation of a national law that will increase the entry barrier among Net café businesses in the Philippines.
Ed Zafra, chairman of I-Café

• Eto naman ang reply ni ED Zafra after the post:
I wish to thank the TS and TopspinCafe for posting this news article here at ULOP. Those who have questions, comments and reactions about the content of the news can please post them so that we can clarify what we mean.
IMO: so meaning, confirmed nya na tama yung posting
I want to say that I am the Ed Zafra quoted and referred to in the different news releases about I-Cafe Pilipinas initiatives. I want to clarify some items in the various articles as follows:

A) The interview I had was free-wheeling with four (4) press people from different agencies asking questions about the current state of the internet cafe industry in the country and the initiatives that I-Cafe Pilipinas would pursue to alleviate the status of I-Cafe businesses. This is the reason why the topics of the 3 or 4 news releases referred on this thread were different from each other. This could also be the reason why I may have been misquoted or misunderstood by the interviewers.
IMO: dito parang nag iba na story, denial na (see the inconsistency)

Eto naman reply ni Bien:
finally, an original write up. :-)

Thanks Computerworld Philippines! ^^

Actually, eto pa lang write up na nakapag explain ng mabuti what the org was about.
iCafe Pilipinas is an org that will represent our industry on a national level. what we find, we pass on to the ICAs. Then the ICAs pass on to the individual shop owners.

My position over the matter:

I Café Pilipinas – using the word Pilipinas in their advocacy group created a major impact and curiosity among I Café owners at isa na ako dun. That’s why I’m here.
Using I café Pilipinas as representative of the whole I Café in the Philippines is a different thing, as if member ka man nito or hindi magiging saklaw ka na nito.
The term national law and national level irate some ulop members, as if may gusto nang mag control sa kanilang business.

Let say ginawang I Café Pilinas Advocacy Group or any term na hindi pangkalahatan ang dating
and instead na national law/level.
Maybe kung ang sinabi that will represent each members of the group who bound to meet its own standards.

I’m not against the formation of the NATIONAL ORGANIZATION or even maging Party List man ito in the future.

I am not insisting on what I want, I always say baka pwede lamang ninyong ma iconsider

Salamat po sa mga nagtyaga na magbasa.

Isa pa pong prangkang tanong RYAN, remember marami sa taga ULOP ang tunay (employed by big firms) na security experts, they can easily see inconsistencies and forensic trails.

Do you know personally or are you TAEKWONDO, GRID, RHL, etc ?

rsalvador wrote:

Yep i will, mananahimik po ako. BTW my name is RYAN SALVADOR, para di lang forum name ang alam nyo. you can google it, lalabas ang PRC license ko.

Sure po why not, ala akong tinatago, imbestigahan nyo. I am not Taekwondo, GRID, RHL or etc. It's just that marami akong natatanggap na PM from them.

yep ang sabi nila nga daw ban sila, pero may iba po silang mga bagong gawang account(even taekwondo is ban too, im not sure kung totoo nga). that's how they communicate with me.

Try that to cross reference to my IP addresses na ginagamit as far as I know 2 nagagamit ko.

Pero i dont care, kahit pa kahit ilang account as long as masagot ung concern ko "is it the official stand of I-cafe Pilipinas" tapos bye bye na po marami pa akong trabaho, mahirap po bang sagutin. Yep mahirap pag nambobola lang. But kung honest nga ang intention, di na dapat tumagal pa ng kung ilang post to. Dapat kahapon pa to nasettle. Ano bang problema nyong malaki at ayaw nyong sagutin.

ULOP.net is not in any position to answer anything about i-cafe pilipinas nor ULOP.net is in anyway connected with i-cafe pilipinas, this is a community of lanshop owners, pls act like one not like squatters. PM me if you want to start a new thread about i-cafe ilipinas. Ill check the content first, if its a ok then you can start a new discussion but if its just for personal bashing then go find other forum.
