1. Will the i-cafe Pilipinas planning to propose to the government to implement the zoning initiative, hiwalay ang gaming at non-gaming?

reserve ko to kay Gener.

4. Will the i-cafe Pilipinas dictate the minimum rental prices?
NO prices will still be dictated by the owner. Remember that local ICA are only affiliated but independent to ICafe Pilipinas. If your local ICA deemed otherwise, we have no right to veto ICA agreed rulings. ICA's affiliation are also optional.

Further note.
You can join ICafe Pilipinas even if your local ICAs does not choose to affiliate with the group.

5. Will the i-cafe Pilipinas speak on our behalf?
NO Only on the behalf of it's accredited members and ICA affiliates.

7. Will interfere on how many will I employ?
NO you are bounded by national laws, LGU ordinances, ICA guidelines for that.

ACCREDITATION ang ICafe Pilipinas not a LICENSING body.
to get accredited you will have to comply with the minimum set standards approved by its constituents.

Ok I FULLY UNDERSTAND. Now answer my questions ng matapos na to. YES or NO sa 1-6 ko, tinabunan na ng kung ano ano eh, pakibalikan na lang.

Ayan eh di mas maganda ang usapan. Number 1 still remains in question. Please answer it.

And may I add this very important question.

7. Is i-cafe Pilipinas primary goal is to pass bills that will bound internet cafe to follow(bill na nga sya eh kaya sunod tayo lahat) based on the recommendation of the group? If this is a NO, it would be a relief and definitely supercedes my question number 1-6. And thank you.

Sabi ko nga kanina ayoko ng generic answer, I want it straight forward.

May officers ba?

NO. Absolutely.

On the contrary ICP opposes bills on several PUBLIC foras whenever Gener & Ed gets invited to voice out their side. Sa DLSU fora (public & private sector) to discuss the effects of the ISP filtering, pinakita rin ito.

eh di ala tayonng problema nyan. At di na kailangang sagutin yung number 1, bat kailangang ipasa pa kay Gener. Of course we know naman that senado at kongreso lang ang may kakayahan nyan. But as a certifying body sino pa ba ang tatanungin kung hindi ang grupo nyo. Pero kung matino kayong kausap at ganyan ang paninindigan ninyo, I hope na lang that you will remember this thread that I ask about this once and for all.

To close the issue, "Is this the official stand of I-cafe Pilipinas?".

Thank you for bearing with me

what if the LGUs implement a policy (as per suggestion of I-Cafe Pilipinas, since they are the forefront of the internet cafe industry in the country) requiring all the aspiring internet cafe to be accredited by the organization (I-Cafe)?

i think it may resulted to:
a) aspiring internet cafe will bound to, whether they like it or not, get the necessary accreditation; or
b) aspiring internet cafe will operate totally underground (unregistered/unlicensed from the LGUs).
