Nag list down ako mga icafe dito samin 15 na mga competitor namin, yung lima dito mismo sa barangay namin at nasa 100 to 200meters lang ang layo nila samin. Pero assessment ko lamang parin kami sa services at dami ng units. Ang pinag tataka ko kung bakit P15/hour sila. At halos every 2monts may nag tatayo ng bagong shop. Hindi katulad last year na isang shop lang nag tayo.

Ano kaya sa palagay nyo iniisip nila? or ano kaya strategy nila?

for them ang the best strategy sa lahat is to lower the rate. kahit naman 15/hr may kita pa naman kc basta nde ka greedy masyado sa kita.

pinakasagad na ung 2-3 pesos/hr kung saan wala kn talaga kikitain kung ganyan ang rate mo kaya sa mindanao kahit 5/hr kinakaya nila dahil dinadamihan nila mga client pc nila na umaabot sa 400 workstations. at dun cla bumabawi sa quantity over price.

kung kaya nila kaya din natin pare pareho lang naman tayo negosyante basta alisin pagiging gahaman.

walang masama sa pagbaba ng rate basta kaya mo ang masama ay ung magtaas ng rate pero bulok naman pc mo at mas ok pa ung pc ng mas mababa ang rate.

ako parang nahawa ako sa co-icafe owners dito,
kung sila 35/3hrs no aircon full house sila 16 units and 20 units nila
ako 45/3hrs w/ aircon full house 23 units sino mas kumita?
sabi ko kung pasasalamat nila ung discount nila na 10 pesos in 3hours
ako pasasalamat ko sa kanila 12hours airconditioned ung shop pero 12+hours ako fullhouse...

tagal kasi alisin ng bayaw ko ung bangka niya para masimulan ko na tong setup kong to...

Sir, mababaliw ka sa kakaisip nyan.

Best thing for any icafe to do eh be prepared na any time talaga may sumusulpot na kalaban. Specialy be prepared financialy.

Pero most probably na nasa isip talaga nila or option nila eh pricing. Un ang pinakamadali at actually walang isip-isip.

Ikaw mas marami kang option.

Iniisip ko rin ito, even sa customer service namin ina apply ko ito. Mind set na siguro talaga ng new players yung price factor para makahatak ng customers, Fastforward ika nga. As a business man, Tama rin naman yung strategy nila. Kung ako ang mag oopen ng bagong shop ganon din gagawin ko. Kung mataas ka kasi malamang langawin ka lang.

sa Strategy na ganito, malalaman mo rin yung full capacity ng business mo lalo na kapag peak hours. Madali mo rin malaman kung ano ang dapat mo i improve. then Unti-unti kang mag adjust.

Napag daanan ko narin ito noon, nung start-up palang kami. Halos 2hrs a day lang tulog ko, dahil ako mismo nag babantay ng shop namin at isa palang staff namin.
